Please note: Domain names will take 1-3 days from the time of order to correctly point to your web space. This is because it takes several days for all DNS servers to be updated with the information about your site. If you are transferring your existing domain to us, please verify that your domain information points to our servers before terminated your old web hosting deal.

If you order a domain through us and later decide to obtain a refund you will be refunded your money less A$40 for the domain, which you will keep. If you already have your own domain, you will not be charged anything if for any reason you are not satisfied within 30 days of purchase.
